Here a some wonderful under-appreciated deviations, suggested by some of you. Take a moment to check them out. Who knows, you might find your new favorite deviations right here.
Orbit
featured by: =KneelingGloryShe drew four separate illustrations for different parts of the song "Orbit" by Pink Floyd. On their own, the four are fantastic pieces of abstract art. She put a lot of effort into each one, and it shows. The project as a whole is an absolutely fantastic visual representation for the song. Her vision for the project is unique and fun and I really enjoy looking at the piece.
hi
featured by: ~idenitycrisis27I have a bit of a thing for B&W photography, and I'm a bit of a stickler about how much contrast should be used in B&W pictures. And quite honestly, this photo shocked me with its clarity and detail, and in the best of ways. This photographer really has what it takes to make professional work out of amateur snaps. Her gallery is filled with work that is just as good or better, but this one truly stands out among the rest of the work I've seen (in her own gallery or elsewhere on dA). This one spoke to me from the first moment I saw it, and I want it to get the recognition it deserves.
Peripheral
featured by: ~o0Amphigory0oEver since I read this poem a year ago, it's crossed my mind time and time again. For some reason, I can't forget it. The image it creates (and the manner of which it was written) is so haunting. I've always enjoyed this deviant's work, and think it is highly under-appreciated. I'd like more people to read her poems

This poem, of all her work, is my favorite.
life
featured by: ~danineteenIt is a close-up shot of something odd-looking, yet every person in the world has seen one - a human being. Already, in this stage of development of a person's life, there is obvious evidence of bone structure, limbs, facial features, internal organs... but its size means that people don't notice it in the womb, and a growing fetus can be neglected.
The beauty of this shot is that the amount of detail in it reflects how much worth there is in a human being, even at this point in time. So much is going on inside that baby and in its mind, and we need to be reminded of the value of other human beings.
Asphyxia
featured by: *TheLeavesOfMemoryI love this picture because it differs greater from the typical flower shot. Yes, there are many beautiful pictures of flowers but this one really stands out for me ... a drowning rose ... beautiful but tragic.
Hear those Words
featured by: =caybeachI really love his writing and think he portrays his emotions very well through his poems. He is a relatively unknown artist (on average his pieces have about 5 favorites) and I think his work deserves more attention.
Eye of the Tiger
featured by: ~Miss-AnonymissThe tiger pops out of the page and the light misting helps with the surreal scene.
