I started my new job today. I fought REALLY hard to stay awake today - I think I won.
My new schedule is 5am - 1:30pm. Sound like fun? I like the IDEA of getting off early. I hate the IDEA of getting up at 3:45am
Apparently I was sleeping on the job (load of sh*t) so as a contractor I was fired the second day.

Writing Again
I have found a new muse and words having been coming out. I will share some of them and I would be happy to hear from those of you that are still on this site. If not, I will continue to use this as a storage facility for he inner most thoughts of my deviant mind.
I did a thing.
I entered a slam poetry competition. 24 contestants, 3 placed winners. My first in 15 years. Wish me luck. Also, with this and the upswing of my culinary career, my submissions here will probably be next to nothing in the near future.
